Denial lies at the core of most stress,
unhappiness and illness. Denial is the behaviour of a person who refuses to
face and unpleasant reality. It occurs with all its unpleasantness when you do
not want to admit that there is some part of your life that is not going well.
You slip into denial and act as if there is nothing wrong. However, what the
mind harbours, the body expresses. When you connect in denial for any phase of
time, it begins to visible itself actually. Denial causes insomnia, headaches,
digestion problems, depression, angry outbursts.
Denial
takes place when some part of your life is not working and you don’t want to
admit it. Denial is always accompanied
by a fear of awkwardness or loss of face. Denial occurs when you refuse to
admit to yourself or someone else that you are not the person you appear to be.
You engage in denial when you don’t want to admit that you have changed your
mind.
