Shikhar Prajapati giving tips on Health &Fitness  including-

·          Get up early in the morning
·          Do exercise and yoga daily
·          Care your skin
·          Daily Drink atleast 8-10 glass of water 
·          Go for morning walk, walk after taking meals
·          Avoid junk food
·          Take nutritious diet
·          Take healthy breakfast
·          Avoid white food, including- sugar,bread, salt, etc.
·          Maintain the weight
·          Take proper sleep
·          Eat homemade food only
·          Avoid packaged food items
·          Use stairs instead of lifts
·          Involve socially
·          Eat fruits and drink fresh fruit juices

·          Think positive about life as what you think will come to our life
·          See positive outcome of the work to be done
·          Be thankful for all the things you have and soon those things will also come to you for which you will feel thankful
