Remove the Fear

First identify your weakness, the next step is to face them head on and attack your fears.     Fear is a conditioned response- a life sucking habit that can easily consume you energy, creativity and spirit if you can are not carful.
When fear rears  its ugly head, beat it down quickly. The best way to do that is to do the thing you fear.

Understand the anatomy of fear- It’s your own creation., like any other creation. It is just easy to tear it down as it is to erect it.
When you erase fear from your mind, you start to look younger and your health becomes more vibrant.

The single biggest thing that prevents us from living our best lives is fear. Each of us keeps our lives much smaller than they are meant to be due to our fears.  Yet, most of our fears are illusions. Most of our fears have been taught to us. Most of our living beliefs are nothing more than fantasies that we picked up along the way and made into truths.

Tips to move through the Fears
       Do not run always from your fears, run towards them.
       Write about your fears., when you see them on paper, they have less power over you.
       Take wise risks. Every day do something small to walk towards your fears. On the other side of every fear door there lives a precious gift.
       Celebrate fearlessness . Every time you transcend a fear, honour yourself for achievement.
