Practice unconditional Acceptance by Motivational Speaker in Kerala Kochi

Practice unconditional Acceptance by Motivational Speaker in Kerala Kochi

To build the self-esteem you can practise “Acceptance”. Each of us is conditioned to seek the acceptance of other people. The infant starts off looking into the face of his mother or father to see if he is loved, respected, wanted, important, funny, intelligent and so on. As we grow up, we look into the faces of other people to see how we are doing. We have a deep need to be accepted by other people, even by people we don’t know.

When two people meet, for example, either for the first time or in consequent meetings, the very first thing that has to be established between them is a certain level of acceptance. We look into the eyes, the smile, the face and the body language of the other person, to see whether that other person accepts us and is happy with our presence. Only when we feel accepted we can relax.

When you express genuine unconditional acceptance of another person, you raise that person’s self esteem, you improve that person’s  self image, and you make him or her feel relaxed and safe in your company.

Key to Improve Relationships – Be Agreeable by Motivational Speaker in Karnataka Bangalore

Key to Improve Relationships – Be Agreeable

The first behaviour is simply to be agreeable. People like to be around agreeable men and women, persons with whom they can freely and easily discuss a great variety of subjects. When you nod, smile and agree with a person who is talking, he or she feels more valuable and respected, feels that what he or she has to say is important and therefore he or she is also important.

Agreeable behaviour raises the self-esteem of others. Disagreement lowers it. Whenever you disagree or argue with people, you are challenging their knowledge and cleverness. You are telling them that they are wrong, that their decision and experience are not worth very much. Therefore, by  extension they are not worth very much either.

It is a fact of human nature that we hate to be wrong and never so much as it is obvious that we are. Being wrong on an issue makes us feel that we ourselves are somehow wrong. Our self-esteem takes a beating. We feel diminished and inadequate, and we see ourselves as deficient or incompetent. When you tell a person that he or she is wrong, his or her immediate response will be to become defensive, to dig in and be even more inflexible. Our self-esteem is usually delicate and when we are told that we are wrong, we react quickly to guard and protect it at all costs.

Be agreeable. Be the kind of person who agrees easily with other people. If you became agreeable and easy person to get along with, you create fear less resistance in other people to helping you or to getting along with you. Even if the other person is obviously wrong, based on your knowledge of the facts, you have to ask yourself, “How important is this?” If it’s not important, rather than disagreeing, let it pass.

Your decision to become an agreeable an easy going person will lower your stress levels and increase your ability to influence others to help you. You will raise the self-esteem of others and feel better about yourself, as well.

Raising the self-esteem of others by Motivational Speaker in Jharkhand Jamshedpur Dhanbad Ranchi

Tips for raising the Self-esteem of Others

1.       Immediately stop doing or saying anything that lowers another’s self-esteem. At the very least, be neutral. Keep silent. Say nothing. Destructive criticism of any kind lowers self-esteem faster than any other behaviour. More relationships and personalities are damaged by destructive criticism than by all other negative influences put together.
The best decision you can ever make is to stop criticising other people. Eliminate destructive criticism of any kind from your vocabulary and from your conversations. Become a positive person by only saying things that build people up rather than tearing them down.

2. Almost all negative emotions begin with judging and blaming others. The reason you avoid criticising is therefore a purely selfish one. Being positive and supportive of others, or atleast neutral, enables you to remain positive andcheerful yourself.  Refusing to criticise allows you to remain detached rather than becoming emotionally involved.
3. It is easy to get into the habit of criticising and fault – finding. Many people’s entire conversation revolves around badmouthing and criticisms. However, you must break this habit if you are really determined to develop the kind of personality you need to get to the top. You must stop running people down or speaking negatively about them for any reason. No matter what a person has done, or how wrong you think it is, keep your opinions to yourself. Make a game of finding reasons not to criticise or condemn. Make up excuses for the other person, wish him or her well, and when appropriate, forgive him and let him off the hook.

4. Another behaviour that undermines self-esteem in both the speaker and the listener is the habit of complaining. Many people have the habit of complaining. They speak like- “How bad it is that he has done this” or “How bad it is the prices are so high” “How bad it is that the business is so bad. And then they speak more negative talk with each other. The habit of finding things to complain things to complain about attracts other complainers into your life and your social circle.
By the Law of Concentration, which states that whatever you dwell upon grows in your reality, the more you complain, the more you find to complain about, and the more people you find to complain with.
Real men and women never complain. If they have a problem and there is something they can do about it, they get busy and take action. If there is nothing they can do about it, they simply say, “What cannot be cured must be endured.” They then get busy doing what they can, but they never, never complain.
The truth is that no one is really interested in your complains anyways. People have problems of their own, and many of their problems are a lot of worse than yours. Probably 80% of the people you talk to about your complains don’t care, and the other 20% are kind of glad you have got them.

Conclusion
Resolve to halt all criticising, condemning and complaining. If you simply eliminate negativity of all kinds from your conversation, that alone will have a powerful, positive impact on your relationships. You will feel better about yourself and so will everyone else.

The Law of Indirect Effort by Motivational Speaker in Himachal Pradesh Shimla Solan Dharmsala Kullu

The Law of Indirect Effort
by Motivational Speaker in Himachal Pradesh Shimla Solan

The Law of Indirect Effort says that you get almost everything in your relationships with others more easily by approaching them indirectly rather than directly.

                For example –

1. To impress others

If you want to impress people, the direct way of going about it is to try to convince them of your worthy qualities and achievement. But trying to impress another person by talking about yourself usually makes you feel like a little foolish, and sometimes even embarrassed. The indirect way of impressing another person, however, is simply to be impressed by the other person. The more you are impressed by the other person, by who he or she is, or what he or she has accomplished, the more likely it is that the other person will be impressed by you.

2. To get someone interested in you

If you want to get someone interested in you, the direct way is to tell him or her all about yourself. But the indirect way works better. It is simply to become interested in him or her. The more interested you become in another person, the more likely it is that the other person will become interested in you.

3. To become happy

Ifyou want to be happy, the direct way is to do whatever you can think of that will make you happy. However, the most enjoyable and lasting form of happiness comes from making someone else happy. By the Law of Indirect Effort, whenever you do or say anything that makes your own spirits, your won self-esteem.

4. To get respect from others

How do you get another person to respect you? The best way is to respect him or her. When you express respect or admiration for another person. He or she feels respect and admiration for you. In human relations, we call this the Principle of Reciprocity. Whenever you do something nice for someone else, the other person will want to reciprocate by doing something nice for you. Most of our romances and friendships are based on this principle.

5. To get believe from others in you

Howdo you get a person to believe in you, given the Law of Indirect Effort?  The answer is to believe in him or her. Whenever you show that you believe or have confidence in another persons, he or she will tend to believe or have confidence in another person, he or she will tend to believe in and have confidence in you. You get what you give. What you send out, you get back.

The most important application of this Law of Indirect Effort have to do with developing a healthy personality in yourself. You are structured in such a way that everything you do to raise the self-esteem of another person arises your own self-esteem at the same time, and in the same measure. Since self-esteem is the hallmark of the healthy personality, you can actually improve the health of your own personality by taking every opportunity to improve the health of the personalities of others. What you sow in the lives of others, you reap in your own life.

The most successful and happy men and women are those who make other people feel good about themselves when they are with them. When you go through life raising the self-esteem of others, opportunities will open up before you, and people will help you in ways you cannot now imagine.

Practice the Law of Indirect Effort. Take every opportunity to say and do things that make people feel more valuable. Each time you express a kindness toward another person, your own self-esteem improves. Your own personality becomes more positive and healthy. You impress into your own mind whatever you express toward someone else.

How to Control the Work Pressure by Motivational Speaker in Haryana Faridabad Gurugram Panipat Ambala Noida

How to Control the Work Pressure
by Motivational Speaker in Haryana Faridabad Gurugram Panipat Ambala Noida

There are some people who have obsession for performance and are considered as “Type A Behaviour.” It is estimated that probably 60% of men and 10% (and growing) of women are type A’s. These people put so much pressure on themselves to execute that they burn themselves out and often die of heart attacks before age 55. This is perhaps the most serious stress related happening in the workplace.

The signs of A type Persons-

A.            The type A person always running for work

They feel that they are in rat race. They feel they have to do lot of work in less time. They are always volunteering for one and more work in order to win consent from the boss that he never got from his father. Companies appoint these people because they work with incredible power and produce far more than the average people. Then the companies fire or demote them and hire new Type A’s for their jobs.

B.            Type A people have a passion with performance, with achievement, to some undermined high standard

No matter how much they achieve, it is never enough. They keep on pushing themselves harder and harder. They always feel a marvellous insecurity of status. They never feel they have done enough.

C.            Type A people are more concerned with the things than people

They work harder and harder to stand up number of happenings- higher incomes, greater number of sales, more and more bigger belongings. They measure how well they are doing by what they can count. They talk about their belongings, achievements, income all the time.

D.            The A type people bring work to home

Always telling about boss.  They had and obsession with the opinions and views of the employer.

E.            Type A people are typically angry, impatient and irritated

They work harder and harder but get little satisfaction. From their work or happenings. They feel out of control. They frequently say, - “I have to do this’ I have to do that” They feel there is no point where they can relax and take it easy. They finally send a message to subconscious mind “Get me out of here!” And the first signs of heart diseases or other illness appear not long afterward.

Distinguishing between
type A and the Workaholic

There is a basic difference between the Type A personality and workaholic. The two are distinctly different. True Type A’s cannot talk or think time off without work. They don’t take vacations for years, carry a briefcase full of work at home, if they go for family vacations, take the work their also. One of the qualities of true Type A person is the unavailability to take time off. They also have an outside locus of control. They repeatedly use the words- “I have to, I have to”. They don’t have any control over what they do. They are always doing something because someone else want it or someone expects it.

Workaholics are rather different. They have an inner locus of control. They work for self-determined goals and objectives. They feel extreme satisfaction and pleasure from their work. They can work for 10-12-4 hours a day of even 7 days a week, but can take vacations and not think about work at all.

These tend to be positive personalities, fulfilling their potential by doing something that is important to them. They have no aggression, anger or resentment. They are full of enthusiasm and excitement about their work. They usually do the work what they love to do, what they really enjoy.

This is the main difference between Type A and workaholic people, the amount of enjoyment each gets from his or her work. Now, honestly which one are you? Type A or workaholic. Your life may depend upon how accurately you answer this question.

Taking Control

If you recognise Type A behaviour in yourself, especially the attitude of aggression and a bullying sense of time urgency, or time pressure, there are specific things that you can do to get over it.

1 Step – Admit It
Admit that you are a type A personality. Many Type A persons reject that their work control them completely, rather than they control their work. They become self-protective and angry when their behaviour is brought to their attention. To get over Type A behaviour you must realise that you can never find peace or happiness in your accomplishments. You can find peace only inside yourself.

2 Step – Make the Decision to Change
Make the decision that you do not want to live like this anymore. Make the decision that you want to become a more relaxed, more productive and more enjoyable person, parent or spouse.
Many people say that they are proud of being type A people. Don’t fall in this trap. Killing yourself 20 years early with hard work is nothing to be proud of.

3 Step – Learn to Relax
Very best way to relax is to just stop. Practice complete relaxation or meditation even solitude for 20 minutes, twice a day.
